Rope Sizing
Beginner / New Jumper
Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot. The handles should reach approximately your armpits or upper chest.
Intermediate
As your technique improves, you may prefer a slightly shorter rope, with the handles reaching approximately the lower chest.
Advanced
More experienced jumpers may prefer an even shorter setup depending on their technique, skills and jumping style.
Not sure where to start? Start longer. You can always shorten the Flow Rope as your technique improves.
Rope length is personal. Your height, arm position, technique and the skills you're working on can all affect your ideal rope length.
